STATEMENT ON TRADE

Following the statement made with our half year results in November, we have now
seen further drastic rises in the prices of raw materials during December and
January. This will give rise to reduced margins.

We have also seen a reduction in demand from some of the groups' customers, also
adding to reduced margins.

Whilst we are doing all we can to minimise the effect on the group, it is
impossible to forecast the years' final operating result with any accuracy in
such unstable conditions.
