Following issues of shares resulting from the share placing announced on 9 March
2006 and the exercise of share options during 2006 to date, the issued share
capital of Catlin Group Limited is now 163,623,498 common shares of US$0.01
each. All issued shares have been admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities.
