L.L.C. as follows:

As at 28 April 2005, Corsair II, L.L.C., the general partner of J.P. Morgan
Corsair II Capital Partners L.P. (through J.P. Morgan Corsair II Capital
Partners Bermuda, Ltd. and J.P. Morgan Capital, L.P.) was interested in
17,353,349 shares in the Company (11.3%) and warrants to purchase 4,414,194
shares.
