INTERIM DIVIDEND DETAILS

HAMILTON, Bermuda - The Board of Directors of Catlin Group Limited has declared an interim dividend of 9.5 pence per share in respect of the year ending 31 December 2012.  The interim dividend will be paid on 21 September 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on 24 August 2012.
