The Company received notification on 24 May 2007 that, as at 22 May 2007, Moore
Emerging Market Fund (Master), LP  had a disclosable interest in the Company of
7.04 percent of the total voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.

The Company received notification on 1 June 2007 that, as at 31 May 2007,
Lehman Brothers International (Europe) no longer had a disclosable interest in
the voting rights of the Company.
