The Company received notification on 23 May 2007 that, as at 22 May 2007, JP
Morgan Chase & Co   had a disclosable interest in the Company of 10,000,000
ordinary shares, representing 5.95 percent of the total voting rights attached
to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.



The Company received notifications on 24 May 2007 that, as at 22 May 2007,
Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited had a disclosable interest in the
Company of 6,578,948 ordinary shares, representing 3.91 percent of the total
voting rights attached to the issued ordinary share capital of the Company and
Lehman Brothers International (Europe) had a disclosable interest of 6,936,000
ordinary shares, representing 4.12 percent of the total voting rights.
