Board change, Posting of the 2022 Financial Statements & General Meeting

 

Board change

 

As indicated in the 2022 Financial Statements dated 6 July and released on Friday 7 July Edmund Limerick has resigned as a director of the Company with effect from 7 July 2023.

 

The Company intends to appoint additional non-executive directors and then to reconstitute the composition of the various board committees.

 

Accounts posting and General Meeting

 

The 2022 Financial Statements have been posted to shareholders with a UK address together with a Notice convening a General Meeting at 10am on Monday 31 July 2023 at the offices of Taylor Wessing, 5 New Street Square, London EC4A 3TW to receive the Financial Statements and to consider the Remuneration Committee report included therein.

 

Copies of the 2022 Financial Statements and the General Meeting Notice have also been posted to the Company's website www.caspiansunrise.com/investors/reports
