CARR'S MILLING INDUSTRIES PLC (the 'Company') is pleased to announce
that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held earlier
today the resolution to dispose of Robertsons Limited and its associated
property (as described in the circular to shareholders dated 16 July
1999) was duly passed. The disposal of Robertsons Limited and its
associated property has now completed.
