CARR'S MILLING INDUSTRIES PLC
The Board of Carr's Milling Industries PLC (the 'Company') announces
that, on 20 November 1999, John Tudor retired as an Executive Director
of the Company, as stated in the preliminary results on 8 November 1999.
The Board thanks John for his service over many years and wishes him
well in his retirement.
