Block Listing


Pursuant to the Carr's Milling Executive Share Option Scheme 1996, application
has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the
addition listing of 250,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to (i) the Official
List, and (ii) trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed
securities. This application is for a blocklisting of shares for allotment as
and when options are exercised, at which time they will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
