The board of Carr's Milling Industries PLC (the 'Company') announces that it has
received notification from Thomas William George Charlton that he has
transferred his beneficial holding of 1,199,495 ordinary shares of 25p each in
the Company into his own name. These shares were previously registered under the
name of Nutraco Nominees.
