Director/PDMR Shareholding

Carr's (CRM.L), the agriculture, food and engineering group announces that Tim Davies (Chief Executive Officer) today bought 1,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a purchase price of 1617 pence per share.  Following this transaction, Tim Davies is interested in 2,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital.

Similarly, on 5 September 2014, Katie Sinclair (Company Secretary ) also bought 799 Ordinary Shares at a purchase price of 1624 pence per share.   Following this transaction, Katie Sinclair is interested in 1,636 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued share capital
