Date of interim results announcement -

TUESDAY 24 April 2012

Carr's (CRM.L), the fully-listed agriculture, food and engineering group, will announce its results for the 26 weeks to 3 March 2012 on Tuesday 24 April 2012.

On that day, there will be an analysts' presentation at 9.30am at the offices of Bankside Consultants, 6 Middle Street, London EC1A 7PH.
