MIAMI (21 September 2007) -- -In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's
(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,
Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 20 September 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
90,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £22.3113 per
share.  The highest price paid was £22.40 per share and the lowest price paid
was £22.20 per share.
