(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,
Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 23 November 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
275,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.456287 per
share.  The highest price paid was £20.67 per share and the lowest price paid
was £20.23 per share.
