(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,
Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 12 December 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
100,000 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.577286 per
share.  The highest price paid was £21.75 per share and the lowest price paid
was £21.46 per share.
