(NYSE/LSE: CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme,
Carnival Corporation & plc announces that on 28 November 2007 Carnival
Investments Limited, Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased
138,959 of ordinary shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £20.739331 per
share.  The highest price paid was £20.79 per share and the lowest price paid
was £20.58 per share.
