MIAMI (6 August 2007) In accordance with Carnival Corporation & plc's (NYSE/LSE:
CCL; NYSE: CUK) previously announced share buy-back programme, Carnival
Corporation & plc announces that on 3 August 2007 Carnival Investments Limited,
Carnival Corporation's wholly-owned subsidiary, purchased 50,000 of ordinary
shares in Carnival plc at an average price of £21.4318 per share.  The highest
price paid was £21.56 per share and the lowest price paid was £21.34 per share.
