New Directorship Held in Another Publicly Quoted Company 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Vanda Murray OBE, a non-executive director of Carillion plc and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit, Nomination and Business Integrity Committees will, with effect from 11 January 2012, be appointed to the Board of Fenner PLC as a non-executive director. Vanda will also be appointed as the Senior Independent Director of Fenner PLC in January 2012.
