Carillion PLC 02 December 2005 Carillion plc Board changes Roger Dickens CBE DL, retired today from the Carillion Board. David Maloney, who is currently a non-executive director of Carillion, succeeds Roger as chairman of the Audit Committee. Roger Dickens was also senior independent non-executive director. David Garman assumes the role of senior independent non-executive director of the Company.
