Resolutions Passed at AGM

'The Group specialises in investing and developing commercial and residential
property close to Heathrow Airport and to the West of London in Surrey and
Berkshire.'


At the company's annual general meeting held today all resolutions placed before
the meeting were approved, including the final dividend of 2.85 pence per share
for the year ended 30 September 1999 which will be paid to shareholders on 18
February 2000.
