            INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2001



The board of The Cardiff Property plc announces that the interim results of
the company for the six months ended 31 March 2001 will be released to The
Stock Exchange for publication on Friday 11 May 2001.
