The Cardiff Property Plc has completed the sale of its Freehold Office building at Strathclyde House, Hatton Cross, Hounslow, Middlesex to Vector Realty Limited for £850,000 cash of which £50,000 is deferred for 12 months. The property was let to the Purchaser on a short term Lease now expired at a rental of £75.840 per annum The cash consideration will be placed on deposit awaiting further investment in suitable property located within the company's main operating areas namely the Thames Valley, to the West of London, close to Heathrow Airport and the M4, M25 Motorways. The company also announces that First Choice Estates, its fully owned development subsidiary has recently purchased from The Crown Estate, 2 residential properties located in Englefield Green, Surrey for £826,000 cash. First Choice intend to seek planning permission to build 2 new executive homes. The existing properties are situated within the Green Belt in approximately 2 acres of land.
