In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), the Company announces that Karen Chandler, Finance Director of the Company, will be appointed as a non-executive director of the Board of Marwyn Acquisition Company I Limited (to be renamed AdvancedAdvT Limited), with effect from Marwyn Acquisition Company I Limited's Admission to the standard segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market expected at 8.00 a.m. on 23 March 2021.
