                         Notice of Preliminary Results

Carclo plc, the global supplier of technical plastic components, will be
announcing preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2006 on Monday 12
June 2006.

An analyst meeting will be held on that day at the offices of 
Weber Shandwick | Square Mile, Fox Court, 14 Gray's Inn Road, WC1X 8WS at 
9.00am.
