Carclo has streamlined its global operations through the ongoing disposal of its non-core metal processing businesses and the sale of ECC Card Clothing would represent the final stage of this strategy. Carclo's ECC Card Clothing operations, which account for approximately 15% of the group's turnover, comprise manufacturing sites in the UK, France, India and China which are supported by additional fitting and distribution facilities in the USA, Italy, Turkey and Canada.
