Directors' Notification of Dealing in Shares

The Directors of Carclo plc, (Mr I Williamson, Mr C Mawe and
Mr T S Kurwie), announce that they have an interest in 700,000
Ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company, which were
purchased on 24 March (300,000 shares), 28 March (50,000
shares) and 31 March (350,000 shares) at a price of 130p per
share, by a discretionary trust established to administer long
term incentive plans for the benefit of Carclo employees.
