Carclo plc announces that the Trustees of Carclo plc have today purchased
32,668 ordinary shares in the Company at 64p per share on behalf of Mr I
Williamson, a director.

The shares will be registered in the name of 'Trustees of Carclo plc a/c
FURDBS'.

Mr Williamson has also today sold 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 64p
per share.
