Carclo plc announces that Mr Michael J C Derbyshire, a non-executive Director,
has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 117.5p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Derbyshire's interest in the Company is 15,000
ordinary shares.
