and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of, 1,305,700 ordinary shares
of 10 pence each under the Company's 1996 Second Share Option Scheme, 286,200
under the Company's 2002 Unapproved Share Option Plan and 240,900 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each under the Company's 2003 Approved Share Option Plan.
