Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the block listing of,
and to the London Stock Exchange for the Admission of 2,141,000 Ordinary Shares
of 10p each fully paid, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, to
the Official List.

2,000,000 of these shares will be issued pursuant to the terms of the Company's
Unapproved Share Option Plan.

141,000 of these shares will be issued pursuant to the terms of the Company's
Executive Share Option Scheme.

Copies of this brochure are available for inspection from the Document Viewing
Facility of the UK Listing Authority during the next two business days.
