Capital & Regional plc, the specialist property company, today announces that it has posted its notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy to shareholders.  Copies of the documents are available for download from the Investor relations section of the Capital & Regional plc website at www.capreg.com.  The Annual General Meeting will be held at The Rubens Hotel, Rembrandt Suite, 39 Buckingham Palace Road, London, SW1W 0PS on 5 June 2013 at 10.30 am.
