SALE OF SHARES BY DAWNAY DAY PROPERTIES LTD AND ASSOCIATES


On 24th June 2002, the Company received notification from Dawnay Day Properties
Ltd. and its associates that following the sale of 2,030,747 Ordinary shares on
21st June 2002 they no longer have a notifiable interest in the issued Ordinary
share capital of the Company.

Their previous holding was 2,280,747 Ordinary shares representing 3.70% of the
issued share capital.
