On 22nd March 2001, the Company received notification that Morley Fund
Management Limited ( a subsidiary of CGNU plc)has an interest in 5,414,866
Ordinary 10p shares of the of the Company. This represents 6.10% of the
issued share capital of the Company.Their previous holding was 7.75%.
