On 9th February 2001, the Company received notification that Morley Fund
Management Limited ( a subsidiary of  CGNU plc ) has an interest in 6,879,437
ordinary 10p shares of the Company. This represents 7.75% of the issued share
capital of the Company. Their previous holding was 8.35%.
