NOTIFICATION OF INTEREST DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO SECTION 198 OF THE COMPANIES
ACT 1985
On 7th June 2000, the Company received notification that Phillips & Drew Fund
Management, Phillips & Drew Life Limited and Phillips & Drew International
Investment Limited, all subsidiaries of Phillips & Drew Holding Limited, have
an interest in 13,709,632 ordinary 10p shares of the Company.
This represents 13.95% of the issued share capital of the Company.
