The Company has received notification of the following transactions involving the acquisition of ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Shares") in the Company on 25 October 2018 through the Company's Scrip Dividend Scheme ("the Scrip").  The Shares were acquired on the London Stock Exchange at 41.64 pence per share, being the Scrip reference share price.
