The Company received notification on 30 December 2019 that Laura Whyte, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, had acquired 24,978 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company on the London Stock Exchange.  The shares were acquired at 25.7 pence per share on 30 December 2019 and increases Laura Whyte's total beneficial holding in the Company to 80,000 ordinary shares.

This notification is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
