Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for a block listing of 400,000 Ordinary 10 pence fully paid shares of
Capital and Regional plc to be admitted to the Official List. The shares will be
listed under Capital and Regional plc's Unapproved Share Option Scheme.


The shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued
ordinary share capital of the company.
