Exercise of Options

The Company, on 18 February 2011, issued 25,000 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to the exercise of options. Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 24 February 2011.
