The Company announces that all resolutions, as detailed in the Notice of Meeting 
circulated to shareholders on 24 March 2006, were passed at the Company's Annual 
General Meeting held on 25 April 2006.

Two copies of the resolutions passed as Special Business have been forwarded to 
the UK Listing Authority accordingly.
