result Lloyds TSB Group Plc and its subsidiaries notifies Capita Group Plc that
at the close of business on 18 March 2005 Lloyds TSB Group Plc had an interest
in 33,479,685 ordinary shares in The Capita Group Plc. They also informed that
Lloyds TSB Private Banking have an interest in 4,971,686 ordinary shares and
Scottish Widows Investment Partnership Ltd have an interest in 28,506,710
shares.
