Directors Dealings
 
On 15 May 2000 Paddy Doyle and Gordon Hurst (directors of the Company) both
exercised options over 150,000 shares at £2.28 per share. The Company was
informed earlier today that following this exercise Paddy Doyle sold 150,000
shares at £16.49 and Gordon Hurst sold 150,000 shares at £16.49.
 
Following the above exercises and subsequent sales, the interests of Paddy
Doyle and Gordon Hurst in the issued ordinary share capital of Capita remain
unchanged.
