The Company was notified on 14 March 2002 that on 13 March 2002 Mourant & Co.
Trustees Limited sold 265,116 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price
of 451.207p per ordinary shares representing approximately 0.04% of the
Company's issued share capital.

These shares were held under the Company's long term incentive plan on behalf of
Paul Pindar, Chief Executive of the Company.  Paul Pindar (and his family)
continue to own 3 million ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.45% of
the share capital.
