The Company has been informed that on 26 June 2001 Rod Aldridge, Executive
Chairman of Capita, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 2p each. As a result
of this purchase the interest of Mr Aldridge and his family in the issued
ordinary share capital of the Company is 18,794,000 ordinary shares
representing approximately 2.86% of the issued share capital of Capita.
