The Capita Group PLC ('Capita' or the 'Company')
Directors Dealing
The Company was informed on 22 February 2001 that Eric Walters (a
non-executive director of the Company) has purchased 5,000 ordinary shares at
£4.87 per share. The purchase took place on 22 February 2001. Following this
purchase Mr Walter's interest in the issued ordinary share capital of the
Company is 5,000 ordinary shares.
