Directors shareholding
Capita has been notified by Paddy Doyle that he has today purchased 25,000
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at 426 pence per share.
Following this notification Paddy Doyle's interest in Capita will be 25,000
ordinary shares amounting to 0.004% of Capita's issued share capital.
