Capita has been notified by Gordon Hurst that he has today purchased 28,221
ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company at 415 pence per share.
Following this notification Gordon Hurst's interest in Capita will be 28,221
ordinary shares amounting to 0.004% of Capita's issued share capital.
