The persons named below have been allocated deferred shares and matching shares
under the 2005 Deferred Annual Bonus Plan, which was approved by shareholders at
the company's 2005 AGM.

The Deferred Shares will generally vest on the third anniversary of the date of
grant subject to the rules of the plan. The Matching Shares will generally vest
on the third anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the satisfaction of a
performance target and to the detailed rules of the plan.
