Directors Dealings

The Company received notification on 14 April that Mr Rod Aldridge, Executive
Chairman of the Company sold 2,000,000 ordinary shares on 14 April at an average
price of 382.0p per share.

The resultant notifiable interest of Mr Aldridge is 15,794,000 ordinary shares,
or 2.38% of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr Aldridge holds
15,244,000 Ordinary Shares beneficially in the Company representing 2.30% of the
issued share capital of the Company, and 550,000 Ordinary Shares
non-beneficially through the Rodney Aldridge Charitable Trust representing 0.08%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
